DESCRIPTION
WET-1126N is a multi-blend liquid formulation for steam boilers. It is a blend of nitrite-based corrosion inhibitor, polymer-based scale inhibitor, dispersant, antifoam, alkalinity builder, and neutralizing amine for steam and condensate lines.

APPLICATIONS
WET-1126N Boiler Treatment is used to treat steam boilers with very low make-up water, at ≤500 gallons per day.

DOSAGE
Dosages should be adjusted to maintain a nitrite (as NO2) range of 700 - 1000 ppm, residual phosphate (as PO4) level of 30 - 60 ppm, hydroxide level of 200 - 400 ppm, condensate pH of 8.2 - 9.2 units.

FEEDING
WET-1126N must be fed into the feedwater tank or deaerator (below the water line). Entrance to the feed point must be via a stainless steel quill extending beyond the internal surface of the tank. WET-1126N should be fed neat, however where dilution is required use cooled condensate (<100?F) or softened water.

WET-1126N should be fed via a chemical pump, in proportion to steam load or water make-up, using a water meter contactor and timer assembly, to prevent wild fluctuations in the chemical levels.

Material Compatibility - Polyethylene, mild steel, and stainless steel. Do not use yellow metal alloys, aluminum, and zinc.

Available in 55, 30, 15, 5 gal drums, bulk shipments, and returnable 200 and 400 gallon tote containers.
