WET-1102 is a multi-blend liquid formulation for steam boilers. It is a blend of oxygen scavenger, scale inhibitor, polymeric dispersants, antifoam, and alkalinity builder.

WET-1102 Boiler Treatment is used to treat steam boilers used for humidification, at pressures up to 900 psig, with dearators, and with low feedwater hardness or softened make-up water.

Dosages should be adjusted to maintain a residual sulfite range of 30 - 60 ppm, residual phosphate level of 30 - 60 ppm, hydroxide level of 200 - 400 ppm.

WET-1102 must be fed into the feedwater tank or deaerator (below the water line). Entrance to the feed point must be via a stainless steel quill extending beyond the internal surface of the tank. WET-1102 should be fed neat, however where dilution is required use cooled condensate (<100° F) or softened water.

WET-1102 should be fed via a chemical pump, in proportion to steam load or water make-up, using a water meter contactor and timer assembly, to prevent wild fluctuations in the chemical levels.
